The room, facility, and staff was great. No issues with check-in/check-out. The rooms are well appointed, especially for the price. Only problem was they do not have an airport shuttle, which was advertised and the main reason we booked with them through *******. They did help reserve taxi’s, but they are ridiculously expensive in Italy.

Front staff was very professional and helpful and the room we stayed in for 3 (with our daughter) was spacious and very clean. Instead of a cot, the twin bed was a comfortable bed and well placed in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly. The room was very big compared to other rooms I had in the past. For the location, we had a car so it was a bit different. If you don't have a car, you may ask for a shuttle or order a taxi. It was clean. Nothing to complain !

Es un hotel que en teoría está cerca del hotel y no tiene transporte al aeropuerto. Pagué un desayuno para 4 personas y como no tienen transporte me tuve que ir 1 hora antes porque voy con ni?os y maletas. Hubiera esperado una cortesía del hotel para transportarnos o una compensación por el desayuno.

The room was nice enough. But never ha e I been to a hotel especially at that price that won't even give you ice l. We also asked before booking as well as a few times after check in about a shuttle ( it supposedly being an airport hotel in all ) which we were told they had but come check out time had to get a cab because they actually didn't which was an added 60 dollar expense we had to endure. Very porr customer service IMO

離米蘭Linate機場很近，開車10分鐘內。酒店有自己的免費停車場，24小時前臺。酒店比較老，隔音一般，停車場一側的房間會比較安靜。床很舒服，乾凈衞生，不提供一次性拖鞋。
